The grandmother of Samantha (6B) and Joshua (2C)
Olenski.
The grandfather of John Haberkern, a former student, who is slowly recuperating at this time.
The grandmother of Zachary Babst (7C) who passed away.
The father of Cheyenne Holmes (6A) who is ill.

      Registration is still possible for PreK 3, PreK 4, and Kindergarten.  There are a few openings at each level.
Feel free to stop by during regular school hours or call to arrange a mutually convenient time to register or to request more information. (215-637-1648)

   Recently a major monsoon hit the Philippines and many people were left homeless.  We have been asked to collect slightly used shorts/t-shirts for the Filipino children.
If you have any of the above that your children may have
outgrown, feel free to send them in to school.  TY!









1-  Low income families are encouraged to apply for the
     Children's Scholarship Fund by requesting an
     application from the school office or applying online at
     www.csfphiladelphia.org.  The deadline for applications
     is March 1, 2012.  All scholarship awards are chosen
     by random lottery.

2- Let us continue to pray for those students and families
    who are affected by the recent announcement of school
    closings/mergers in the Archdiocese...

3-  Hot dog/chips lunch next week ($1.50).

4- The agenda for Catholic Schools Week was sent
    home.  Please keep it handy for future reference.

5-  Our team of Mr. Severino and 4 of our Junior Engineers
     (Veronica Li, Stefanie Stine, Tom Cahill, and Finn
     Killion) submitted their entry today in the Futures City
     Competition with 300 other schools and won an award
     for "Best Design of a City Fire Prevention System!" 
     We did not make the finals but we are very proud of Mr.
     Sev and his team for what they have accomplished.
     Congratulations to all!
